Beautiful 2020 - Spring

For the Spring Gallery, I was back home in Brooklyn.  The pandemic was upon us, and we were under orders to shelter-in-place.  Fortunately the sheltering allowed us a daily walk outside.  Prospect Park is a couple of blocks away, for which its designers, Frederick Law Olmstead and Calvert Vaux, agreed they fixed their errors building Central Park.  A great destination, but we also went further afield to Brooklyn’s earlier pastoral retreat from the urban hive – the magnificent 500 acre arboretum and cemetery of Green-Wood.  Most of this gallery is a display of how spring unfolded at Green-Wood.  Enjoy wandering around!
